l Responsible in creating and refinement of new recipes, experimenting with diverse ingredients, and staying informed about the latest trends in the industry.
Qualification:
l Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
l Proven experience as a Research and Development Chef or in a similar role.
l Strong culinary creativity and innovation skills.
l In-depth knowledge of food trends, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
l Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
l Effective communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
l Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
