What You'll Be Doing:
Provide professional support for customers’ financial service inquiries
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls with confidence and empathy
Maintain accurate documentation of every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For:
Completed at least 2 years of college education
Minimum of 3 months BPO experience
Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to provide clear, helpful solutions
