Job Description
If you’ve finished high school and have at least one year of sales experience in a BPO setting, along with strong communication and typing skills, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with sales inquiries and offer helpful support for app-related questions
Communicate effectively to deliver a smooth customer experience and meet sales goals
Handle tasks efficiently while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Needed Qualifications:
High school graduate
Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a sales role
B2 CEFR level English communication (written and spoken)
Can type at least 30 words per minute
Open to shifting schedules, weekend shifts, holidays, and overtime
