Job Description
Graduate of a technical/vocational course in facilities management, building maintenance, or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in building and facilities maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to supervise maintenance staff
Good verbal and written communication skills.
TESDA NC II (e.g., Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Plumbing, etc.) is an advantage.
