Job Description

REPORTS AND ANALYTICS MANAGER

SALARY RANGE: PHP 100,000 - PHP 135,000 (Earn up to $15 USD per hour)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Reporting & Strategic Analysis
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Performance & Operational Dashboards
- Audit, Accuracy & Data Integrity

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years in a data leadership or managerial role, overseeing reporting teams or analysts.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).
- Strong SQL skills (complex joins, stored procedures, optimization)
- Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query)
- Familiarity with remote team management and asynchronous communication tools (Slack, Asana, etc.)
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting languages for advanced analytics
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Must have experience leading a data team of 5+ members.
- Must have good working laptop and stable internet connection.
- Willing to work on contractor basis
