Job Description

This includes completing training within the company's various departments, giving trainees a comprehensive view of the many facets of the organization, as well as the positions, relationships and departments that allow it to be successful.

*Evaluating and monitoring the work performance and progress of others
*Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization
*Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelor's degree in management, business administration or in any related field
*Work experience as Management Trainee or any similar role is an advantage
*Good interpersonal and organizational skills
*Proficient in MS Office Apps
*Ability to manage and handle multi-tasks
*Strong work ethics
