Job Description

The Store Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a clean and organized shopping environment. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist customers in selecting sports apparel and provide product recommendations
2. Perform basic selling techniques to meet sales goals
3. Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments using the cashier system
4. Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays
5. Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
6. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
7. Assist in store promotions and marketing activities

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school graduate or college level
2. Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required
3. Basic knowledge of selling techniques and cashiering
4. Knowledge of sports apparel is a plus
5. Strong customer service and communication skills
6. Willing to work on weekends and holidays
7. Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads
