Job Description
Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's needs, recommending suitable apparel based on customer's needs, and offering an alternative to customers
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Ensures that the store is well organized and clean, and maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
Keep the store organized and clean
Works under varying schedules
Actively maintains a global brand image.
Lead and manage store meetings
Manage daily store operations
Responsible for operation reports
Lead the team in achieving target sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a 4-year course
Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a retail/clothing store
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys interacting with different types of people
Flexible in work schedule and location
