Job Description
Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages.
Provide information on travel policies, restrictions, and options.
Handle changes, cancellations, and rebooking's efficiently.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and promotions.
Follow standard operating procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience (travel industry a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computers, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
