About the role

Join the dynamic team at Iconique Mall Colon' as a Leasing Officer. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu and will play a crucial role in the Residential Leasing & Property Management division of the company.

What you'll be doing
•Actively market and lease available residential properties to prospective tenants
•Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements to secure new tenants
•Manage the complete leasing lifecycle, including tenant onboarding, contract renewals and exits
•Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
•Assist with the development and implementation of leasing strategies and campaigns
•Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Residential Leasing & Property Management division

What we're looking for

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
•At least 2 years experience in related field. Prior experience with property lease, particularly in commercial lease is an advantage (mall or commercial property experience preferred).
•Strong knowledge of leasing process, tenant management, and real estate market trends.
•Strong customer service and negotiation skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•In-dept knowledge of leasing process, tenant management, and real estate market trends
•Driven, adaptable and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
•Proficiency in lease documentation and legal terms
•Thorough understanding of relevant real estate regulations and legislation
