Job Description
* Maintaining open communication with property owners and landlords.
* Establish, update, and maintain accurate and comprehensive property listings in the internal database.
* Engage in gathering and organizing essential leasing documents and floor plans to streamline internal processes.
*Coordinate and schedule property site inspections for leasing associates and their clients to ensure a smooth experience.
* Cold calling activities and fieldwork to identify new property leads and potential leasing opportunities.
