Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Research Analyst, your primary responsibilities include
* Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends, opportunities, and risks in the commercial real estate sector.
* You will work with internal teams to collect the necessary data needed for analysis.
* You must maintain a regularly updated property database through fieldwork, Client calls/visits, desktop research, etc.
* When preparing publications and market studies, you will analyze property and rental market trends, absorption rates, and competitive landscapes through dashboards and visualizations to communicate research findings.
* In working closely with the team leader, you will help understand the Client's specific research needs, respond to client inquiries, and provide expert guidance on market trends. Your research findings will be published in periodic reports released by PRIME Philippines Research.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
* With at least 3-4 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling.
* Proficiency in real estate databases and market research tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
