Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our Cebu team. The Training Officer will be responsible for facilitating onboarding and upskilling programs, creating training materials, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in training management and a passion for developing people.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate new hire and refresher training sessions

Design and implement training programs and materials

Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching when needed

Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address performance gaps

Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a Training Manager or similar role

Minimum of 2nd-year college undergraduate

Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills

Experience in BPO training is an advantage

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training schedules
Salary:
₱50,000.00 Monthly
