Job Description
-Conduct Time and Motion Study for new projects and ensure the submission is within the required Leadtime.
-Ensure the TMS studies are accurate thru validation.
-Provide a clear instruction to IE assistant in creation of TMS work instruction and ensure that all the steps from the TMS studies are express visually.
-Leads continuous improvement projects and machine innovation
-Evaluates current processes, determining their effectiveness
-Identifying opportunities and recommending strategies for improvement
-Leads process improvement projects to meet business objectives
-Deliver quantifiable results using Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
-Identify processes that need optimization
Job Specification or Qualifications:
-Graduate of Industrial Engineering or other related courses.
-Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing company but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
-Must know Lean Six Sigma Principles, Good Manufacturing Practice & Kaizen Application
-Can communicate clearly & concisely both written and verbal
-Can adapt to different working conditions and tasks
-Possesses good problem solving skills
-Willing to travel to other business units as needed
