Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven, strategic-minded Wholesale Business Manager to lead and expand our pharmaceutical distribution channels. This role is crucial in driving growth and building long-term relationships with our wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute wholesale channel strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the wholesale network.
Manage relationships with key wholesale partners and negotiate commercial agreements.
Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, regulatory) for seamless operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical wholesale or related business development roles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical distribution systems.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing partnerships.
