Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team working on the Nasdaq eVestment platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from the eVestment platform to drive insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Retrieve, clean, and preprocess data from the Nasdaq eVestment platform for analysis.
2. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
5. Conduct thorough data quality assessments and ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data handling and analysis.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry for about 2-3yrs
3. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Familiarity with investment data and financial concepts is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
