Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights through advanced data analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing, and a strong ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large data sets using SQL to support business objectives and decision-making.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau to communicate key metrics and trends.
Data Warehousing: Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for various business units.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and marketing, to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve data quality across the organization.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., ETL processes, database design).
Familiarity with other BI tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
