Job Description
-Develop and maintain relationships with both individual and corporate clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
-Hire, train, and mentor sales personnel, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
-Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
-At least 4 years of managerial experience in automotive sales.
-Deep knowledge of dealership sales operations and automotive industry
-Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
-Strong networking and relationship-building within the automotive industry
-Amenable to work onsite in Dasmarinas
