- Provide accurate information to customer queries within 24 hours
- Processes customer orders via ODOO
- Books freight / handles delivery
- Represents the company on pre-bidding and bid opening of government tenders
- Prepared Bid documents
- Processes Sales Order
- Monitors Sales Order for dispatch
- Processes purchase request in ODOO for stock requisition
- Fax, email and send via courier all pertinent documents
- Files document for safe keeping
- Monitors account receivables
