* Provides accurate information to customer queries within 24 hours
* Processes customer orders via ODOO
* Books freight / handles delivery
* Represents the company on pre-bidding and bid opening of government tenders
* Prepared bid documents
* Processes Sales Order
* Monitors Sales order for dispatch
* Coordinates with purchaser for stocks completion and warehouse for deliveries
* Monitors account receivables
