Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a vibrant Technical Support Representative to join our team.

If you’ve completed at least 2 years of college, have 1 year of BPO tech support experience, and love solving tech issues while helping people, this opportunity is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with technical problems by providing clear, helpful solutions.
- Handle service requests through calls, chats, or emails with patience and professionalism.
- Use your tech knowledge to troubleshoot devices, apps, or system concerns.

Needed Qualifications:

At least 2nd year college level or an IT graduate
- 1 year of BPO technical support experience (non-negotiable)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers, apps, and troubleshooting
- Must pass a technical exam
- Typing speed and communication must be at a good or great level
- Must reside within or near Metro Manila
