Job Description

Responsible for accurate preparation of tax returns and filings of the company including its principals and all related reports.

• Facilitate, manage, and review tax returns prior to payments
• Ensures accurate and timely payment of tax returns for monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes with other regular reports supporting the required amount
• Ensures the Company and its Principals’ compliance to tax regulations
• Responsible to update the Team for tax updates and compliance
• Manage and facilitates BIR Tax audits, prepare responses, checks schedules prepared by individual teams
• Coordinates with respective teams
• Implement tax plans, drafts tax strategies and policies
• Identify tax problems and present solutions
• Provides and maintain effective controls/procedures over all aspects of taxation
• Review with external auditors any audit findings and to draft resolutions
• Manage and coach individual tax staff of each principal and the entire group or tax team to be more efficient, effective, and more engaging

Qualifications

• BSA graduate
• Must be a CPA
• 8 years’ solid experience as Tax Manager
• Certified Tax Consultant Practitioner is a plus
• Background in Shipping or Forwarding industry is a plus but not required
• Good team leader to motivate and direct accounting team
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay

Work Arrangements

Location: MOA, Pasay
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Set-up: Onsite
Salary:
₱130,000.00 Monthly
