Are you ready to take your expertise to the next level? At eFlexervices, we're not just hiring Data Operations Analyst – we're empowering your talent to deliver quality and performance. Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and improving the quality of the data that powers our platform. This is a highly cross-functional role where your work will directly impact customer trust, product reliability, and the scalability of our data systems. We are seeking someone who is curious, meticulous, and energized by solving messy data problems.

What you’ll be doing:
Data Quality Monitoring & Reporting
Write SQL queries to audit and assess the quality of records across our database.
Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to track data health and surface anomalies.
Design automated checks and alerts for common data quality issues (e.g., duplicates, missing values, incorrect mappings).
Data Investigation & Problem Solving
Investigate specific data issues and communicate clear, structured findings to Data Engineering and Product teams.
Periodically review large samples of records to assess the root cause of quality issues or detect emerging patterns.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Identify recurring data quality problems that can be solved programmatically.
Work closely with Engineering to recommend rule changes, matching logic improvements, or upstream process fixes.
Document best practices and develop internal resources to support ongoing data integrity efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must Have
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail — able to spot subtle patterns or inconsistencies in large datasets.
Excellent written communication skills — able to clearly summarize complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem solver mindset — enjoys diagnosing issues and proposing solutions.
Comfortable performing repetitive or manual data review tasks with focus and consistency.
Ownership mindset — treats data quality issues as their responsibility to drive to resolution.
Nice to Have
Experience with data visualization tools.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts or relational databases.
Prior experience in a data operations, data analyst, or QA role.
Experience working closely with engineering or product teams.
Example Projects
Build a data quality dashboard that tracks the frequency of duplicate records over time.
Write a SQL report to identify incomplete or stale records in a key dataset.
Investigate a customer-reported data issue, summarize the root cause, and propose a remediation plan.
Review a sample of company records from a new data vendor to assess accuracy and completeness.
Create a report that monitors changes to critical fields (e.g., company name, website, industry classification) to detect unexpected volatility.
