About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Staff to join our dynamic team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC.' in Baguio City. As a fulltime Marketing Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials
3. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
4. Maintain and update our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
5. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing communication
6. Contribute to the analysis of marketing performance and help identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Canva and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their use in marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field
