Job Description
2. Controls inventory of stocks
3. Prepares delivery schedule for other GFMC clients
4. Prepares and updates weekly manpower schedule
5. Creates purchase requisition
6. Reviews and verified accomplished forms
7. Updates bincard for the daily usage from production
8. Prepares and submit daily receiving report
9. Prepares monthly report (NAI Inventory and GFMC Inventory)
10. Checks disbursement and reconciliation of petty cash
11. Receives documents from transmittal and forwards to accountable person of the document
12. Coordinates with other Unit Managers and/or Supervisors concerning quality aspects.
13. Enforces disciplinary actions as may be necessary to Logistics Staff in accordance with existing company policies and guidelines
14. Ensures compliance to established HACCP / Food Safety Program
15. Performs other duties/tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
- Salary:
- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
