Job Description

Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including vehicle dispatching, route planning, and scheduling.
Supervise logistics team members such as drivers, dispatchers, and delivery helpers, ensuring roles are clearly defined and executed.
Monitor real-time delivery operations to proactively resolve delivery delays, traffic issues, or customer complaints.
Ensure deliveries and pickups are made according to company standards and customer expectations.
Ensure adherence to all safety standards, traffic laws, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records for deliveries, vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and overtime.
Ensure all required shipping documents (e.g., delivery receipts) are complete and filed properly.
Train, guide, and evaluate performance of logistics personnel.
Promote a high-performance culture and motivate team members to reach daily and monthly goals.
Organize regular meetings or briefings to communicate updates, policies, and expectations.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Serve as the point of escalation for delivery-related concerns and customer service issues.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delivery metrics and driver performance.
Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities, and operational improvements.
Recommend and implement strategies for more efficient logistics processes.
Supervise daily inventory activities including receiving, stock transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage areas
Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO, FEFO, and stock rotation practices
Lead, train, and monitor a team of inventory staff and stock handlers
Delegate tasks and ensure inventory processes are being followed
Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and sales teams to forecast stock needs
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable for monthly stock reconciliation and audits
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inventory movement and stock status
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in inventory software or ERP
Conduct monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits and cycle counts
Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, or obsolete stock
Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize stock levels
Prepare and submit inventory reports to management
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in inventory storage areas

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4 year Business Course
Must be conversant in English and also in Chinese
Must be computer savvy
With at least 3-4 years working experience in same capacity.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
