About the job Area Manager (Cebu)
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Management/ Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Previous same role and minimum of 6 years work experience in the field of Business Development, Operations, Contract Logistics and Freight Forwarding
Familiar with Freight Forwarding operation, Manufacturing process operations & improvements, and business systems operation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good Communication skills, proactive, has initiative, and with wide network capacity
Responsibilities:

In-charge in the Over-all Business Growth of the assigned Region both for existing and potential (new) accounts.
Ensure smooth Operations set-up and execution on all business streams, such as Customs Clearances & Brokerage, Air & Ocean Imp-Ex, Domestic Transportation (Air, Land & Sea), Warehousing, Cross-dock and Consolidation Facility.
Expansion of Business Networks from Bureau of Customs & Business Partners for both International and Domestic Category; Customers, Shipping Lines, Airlines, Truckers and the like
Establish MOPs, KPIs and measures per respective business streams as reference and standards.
Meet or exceed the prescribed Annual Target Revenue that shall be provided by the Region through the Executive Management Team.
Accountable for the welfare of the People working within the assigned region.
