Are you a dynamic leader with a strong background in freight forwarding and contract logistics? Join our team and take charge of driving growth and operational excellence in our Cebu region!
Work Location: Cebu Office
Headcount: 1
Salary: Open for negotiation (based on experience)
Remarks:
— This role covers International & Domestic Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics (Warehousing & Transport).
You’re responsible for both sales and operations in your region.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field
— At least 6 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, or Freight Forwarding
— Strong knowledge in Customs, Import-Export, Warehousing, Domestic & International Freight
— Excellent leadership, time management & communication skills
— Proactive, with strong initiative and a wide business network
Job Responsibilities:
— Lead overall business growth for the assigned region (existing + new accounts)
— Ensure seamless operations across all business streams:
– Customs Clearance & Brokerage
– Air & Ocean Import-Export
– Domestic Transport (Air, Land & Sea)
– Warehousing, Cross-dock, Consolidation
— Expand business networks (Bureau of Customs, shipping lines, airlines, truckers, etc.)
— Set and manage KPIs, MOPs, and revenue targets
— Ensure profitability and proper execution of all services
— Protect company assets and manage regional team welfare
— Create and pursue new business opportunities within the region
