Job Description

TASQ is seeking a manufacturing plant manager for an on-site position in Pasig.

**Work Setup:** On-site (Pasig)

**Schedule:**

- **Morning Shift:** 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday) & 6:00 AM 1:00 PM (2 Saturdays)

- **Night Shift:** 6:00 PM 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday) & 6:00 PM 1:00 AM (2 Saturdays)

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in plant operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.

- Capable of planning, organizing, directing, and managing daily plant operations.

- Ensure that production meets quality standards and delivery schedules.

- Oversee and enhance production efficiency, capacity, and costs.

- Supervise, coach, and develop plant personnel to promote a high-performance culture.

- Address employee issues and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations stringently.

- Conduct regular safety audits and promptly correct any deficiencies.

- Manage the plant budget, encompassing labor, materials, and equipment expenses.

- Collaborate with department managers to align plant objectives with organizational goals.

- Prepare and present operational reports to management.

- Act as the main liaison between the plant, other departments, vendors, and management.
