Job Description

TASQ is looking for a manufacturing plant manager to work on-site in Pasig.

Work setup: Onsite (Pasig)

Shifting schedule: Morning Shift 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday) & 6:00 AM 1:00 PM (2 Working Saturdays); Night Shift 6:00 PM 2:30 AM (Monday-Friday) & 6:00 PM 1:00 AM (2 Working Saturdays)

Requirements:

Graduate with a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day plant operations.
Ensure production meets quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency, capacity, and costs.
Supervise, coach, and develop plant staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Address employee concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and address any deficiencies promptly.
Manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
Collaborate with the department manager to align plant goals with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present operational reports to the management.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the plant, other departments, vendors, and management.
