Job Description
☑️ Proven experience operating various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, overhead, and crawler cranes.
☑️ Valid crane operator certification or license.
☑️ Strong knowledge of crane operation safety standards and regulations.
☑️ Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and mechanical aptitude.
☑️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
☑️ Physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors.
☑️ Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
☑️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials safely and efficiently.
☑️ Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on cranes and equipment.
☑️ Assess load weights and dimensions to determine appropriate rigging methods.
☑️ Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices.
☑️ Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
☑️ Adhere strictly to safety regulations and guidelines during all lifting operations.
☑️ Collaborate with construction supervisors, engineers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
☑️ Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
