Job Description
SG Level: 27
Site: Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Muntinlupa
Work Setup/Shift Schedule: Graveyard Shift; Hybrid; PH Holidays
Salary: Up to PHP 110,000 Basic Salary + PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance
Hiring Process: HRI > L1 Domain > L2 Domain
Primary Responsibilities:
-- Provide consulting/expertise on compensation-related topics
-- Design, develop, manage, and support variable compensation programs and policies
-- Gather, analyze, and utilize compensation-related data
-- Conduct reporting and analysis of compensation projects and data
-- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, and procedures, including directives such as transfer/reassignment, change in teams or shifts, and work environment policies. The Company reserves the right to adopt, vary, or rescind these policies at its sole discretion.
Skillsets Required / Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources or Business Management)
-- At least 3 years of HR experience (preferably in Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations)
-- Minimum of 3 years of business experience, with the ability to design and build moderately complex business/analytical models and communicate analyses/recommendations effectively
-- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-- CCP/HRM Certification or local equivalent
-- Experience administering variable incentive compensation plans
-- Background in working within a highly matrixed organization
-- Familiarity with Incentive Compensation Management/HR systems (preferably Varicent)
