Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
-Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management.
-Collaborate with leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for recruitment, development, and succession planning.
-Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and support organizational values.
-Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
-Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least 8-10 years in a strategic leadership role in the Philippines.
-Thorough knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
-Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success.
-Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing HR programs that align with business objectives.

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with general insurance company operating in Southeast Asia.

Working Set-up: Onsite, Manila or Cebu area
Mondays to Fridays.
Salary:
₱400,000.00 Monthly
