Public Relations Senior Manager

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries effectively.
-Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, articles, and other communication materials that convey the organization’s messages clearly and compellingly.
-Lead the development and execution of crisis communication plans to address and mitigate potential reputational risks.
-Manage and mentor a team of public relations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.

Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing.
-Proven experience in corporate account management and media relations.
-Experienced in innovation development and people management.
-More than 7 years’ experience as manager from FMCG or PR agency and at least 12 years in total experience

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with Japanese multinational food and biotechnology corporation.

Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
