Manager - Strategic Alliance

Responsibilities:
-Seek out and establish strategic alliances that support the company’s goals and market expansion efforts.
-Lead negotiations to finalize partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
-Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration and address any arising issues.
-Work with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
-Track and report on the performance of strategic alliances, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes. ​

Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-5+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in insurance or financial services
-Strong understanding of the Philippine insurance market and regulatory environment
-Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
-Proven track record in meeting revenue targets
-Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with general insurance company operating in Southeast Asia.

Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
