Job Description

Location: Pasig
Work schedule: Fexible up to 11am
Work Setup: Full work from home but also has a possible client visit or face to face meeting with client

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of IT related course
• Fresh graduate
• With own laptop/desktop to use during wfh
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Provide troubleshooting support to clients
• Communicate the progress of the tickets
• Prepare timely reports and presentations
