Job Description

Nityo Infotech is hiring for an Infrastructure and Operations Support Analyst!

Location: Quezon City
Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: 2+ years of experience - PHP 25,000 PHP; higher experience up to PHP 35,000 PHP

Qualifications:
-- IT Support/ Desktop Support with Call Experience
-- Experience in Voice Call Management (Service Desk, Ticketing System)
-- IT Admin Skills (Installation, Formatting, Troubleshooting—Printers, Networks)
-- Call Reception and Issue Resolution
-- Systems Administration (Linux experience is a plus!)
