Job Description
If you have at least 18 months of BPO experience, with at least 1 year of handling service desk roles, and have completed at least the 1st year of college, this role could be the next step in your career.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot computer-related issues for clients.
Assist in resolving technical queries efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of customer interactions and issues resolved.
Needed Qualifications:
At least 18 months of BPO experience with 1 year in service desk roles.
Completed 1st year in college.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills in a support role.
