IT Business Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Junior: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on learning and supporting project work.
- Mid-Level: 2-5 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing business requirements, process analysis, and project delivery.
- Senior: 5+ years of experience in leading business analysis efforts, driving business strategies, and managing large-scale projects.
- Okay to work onsite for Makati, Taguig or Ortigas area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and document business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Analyze business processes: Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation: Create and update business process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Support project delivery: Contribute to project planning, tracking, and execution. Support the development of test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide recommendations: Suggest process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives: Ensure that solutions and initiatives support strategic business goals and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor and support team members (Senior only): Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
