Job Description

We are seeking a Technology Business Systems Analyst to support the planning, design, and implementation of information systems that improve business operations. You will serve as the vital link between business units, technical teams, and software vendors to ensure technology solutions align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project leads to plan and manage resource requirements and project costing inputs.

Liaise across IT, business, and development teams to gather and validate requirements.

Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Design and recommend system improvements that streamline business processes.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report progress, clarify requirements, and resolve issues.

Ensure system controls, process compliance, and security requirements are included in all technical solutions.

Coordinate user training, system implementation plans, and support documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in system standards, policies, and practices.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related course (Non-negotiable).

At least 3 years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst (Non-negotiable).

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to create clear system and functional design documents (Non-negotiable).

Experienced in gathering data and business requirements from stakeholders.

Comfortable working directly with end-users to validate and refine requirements.

Skilled in conducting presentations and meetings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Must be willing to work full-time on-site (Non-negotiable).
Salary:
₱45,000.00 Monthly
