Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and quotas.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and coach sales and distribution teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Oversee all aspects of the distribution network, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.

Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and carriers.

Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Understand client needs and proactively address their concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance.

Collaborate on joint initiatives and projects.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
