Job Description
Job Role:
Oversee the marketing, branding, and promotion of the company’s products
Monitor and evaluate retail sales performance and make necessary adjustments
Analyze customer buying trends and implement strategies to improve loyalty
Source new products, negotiate terms with suppliers, and manage inventory
Create promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
Develop and manage budgets for merchandising operations
Monitor customer feedback and respond to queries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandising Head, Manager, or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledgeable in current market trends
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
Preferably residing in Metro Manila
Compensation:
Php 35,000 – 40,000
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One Saturday per month (every last Saturday)
