Job Description
2. Coordinates assigned preventive maintenance repair or corrective maintenance activities with other department and sub-contracted suppliers.
3. Participates in the testing, evaluation of new equipment including electronic measuring devices, and other technical engineering equipment for the possible recommendation to top management.
4. Maintains field notes and monitoring records for each equipment as 201 file for the easy maintenance of said equipment.
5. Conducts periodic checks of those equipment that underwent repair and survey the equipment condition after post operation maintenance and sees to it that it is in a 1 condition prior conduct of operation.
6. Act as a custodian of all Engineering Tools and equipment and arrange these methodically
7. Assist Engineering Staff in the preparation of Engineering Department budget related project and future construction project estimates.
8. Inspect construction project to verify compliance to safety and quality standards.
9. Provides information to top management, contractors and consultants on the updates of projects and technical matters.
10. Follow-up the availability of spare parts and materials and lubricants for weekly use
11. Check the machine versus manpower in accordance to occupational health & safety.
12. Record machine related downtime and conducts permanent solution of those breakdown.
13. Implements the total preventive maintenance program for all equipment and attain the targeted 85%-15% preventive and corrective actions.
14. Observes company policies and code of discipline
15. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
16. Report problems with regards to food safety of the product or if Food Safety Management System may be compromised.
