Job Description
Position: E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist
Company Industry: Distributor Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday/dayshift
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 30,000 (Still negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work On Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree holder or undergraduates
Experience as a Customer Service answering concerns and inquiries in any of the e-commerce platform (shoppee, lazada or tiktok)
Working experience in the same industry is an advantage
Amenable to work on site
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide outstanding service on all digital channels.
Answering to the Assistant Manager of E-Commerce.
Be on the front lines of the online marketplace, helping clients with their requirements and ✨Ensuring that each encounter concludes satisfactorily.
Reassuring presence behind each email and chat—paying close attention, handling issues with tact, and assisting clients in finding what they need.
Making appropriate product recommendations where necessary.
Work together with the Marketplace and Fulfillment teams to quickly address any problems and maintain a flawless client experience.
Look for chances to upsell and assist clients in finding more of their passions.
To give the greatest support possible, it will be updated with all the most recent product information and campaigns.
