Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Accountant to manage and oversee financial activities across multiple construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in financial tracking, budgeting, cost control, and collaboration with project teams. If you have experience in construction or project accounting—this opportunity is for you!

Location: Pasig
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 35,000

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed financial records for construction projects.
- Prepare and review project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Monitor project expenses and identify cost variances.
- Track project costs (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors).
- Manage project-specific accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Generate and submit accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
Billing & Invoicing:
- Prepare and submit progress billings and invoices according to contract terms.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage project cash flow.
- Reconcile project-related accounts and ensure correct allocations.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
- Manage project documentation (variation orders, contracts, purchase orders).
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work with business development, quantity surveying, site supervision, and procurement teams.
- Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making.
- Assist in resolving financial discrepancies or disputes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in construction accounting or project accounting.
- Familiar with cost control and financial reporting in the construction industry
