Derma Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, client handling, and service delivery.
2. Ensure the clinic is well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
3. Coordinate with dermatologists, aestheticians, and other staff to optimize efficiency and quality of service.
4. Oversee client consultations, treatment plans, and aftercare follow-ups.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and promote clinic services.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive loyalty and referrals.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, social media campaigns, and events.
8. Educate clients about treatments, skincare routines, and available products.
9. Lead, mentor, and train the operations team to improve productivity and service quality.
10. Foster a positive and professional work environment that aligns with company values and goals.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an aesthetic clinic, dermatology, or wellness industry.
3. Strong background insales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Knowledge of dermatological treatments, skincare products, and aesthetic procedures.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
