Job Description
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday - Friday | Morning Shift
Responsibilities:
- Assist in manufacturing processes and product development
- Conduct basic root cause analysis and suggest improvements
- Support new product introduction in a manufacturing environment
- Monitor production efficiency and report issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain technical documents and reports
- Collaborate with teams to improve workflow and efficiency
- Use Microsoft Office for reports and data tracking
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or product engineering (preferred)
- Knowledge in project management & root cause analysis
- Experience in new product introduction & development
- Strong technical & documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Engineering graduate
- Salary:
- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
