DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares weekly and daily Itinerary (Visit of New and Regular client).
2. Prepares Letter of Intent, Brochures and Product presentation for prospective clients. Saturation of new buildings and establishments.
3. Conduct telemarketing for follow ups on pending quotation and Letter of Intent.
4. Reads and replies/acknowledges e-mail to client (inquiries, accreditation, PO's, project concerns etc.)
6. Checks/study quotation vs layout before submission to client.
7. Submit quotations and presentations thru e-mail and portal, then submit hard copy. Discuss and present to client.
8. Prepares weekly report of inventories to JFC (submitted every Wednesday).
9. Prepares request for Demo for the mock up sample and service units. Ensure that all items were delivered and returned in a good condition.
10. Prepares Request for Layout, Quotation, Order Sheet on Client's Inquires and Order processing.
11. Schedule Site visits/ocular for new office requirement and do actual measurement after project is awarded.
12. Submit actual swatches, layout and presentation for client’s approval of specifications.
13. Prepares Monthly and Quarterly Sales Forecast.
14. Monitor Monthly Sales VS. Target.
15. Discuss to Sales Admin Staff schedule of delivery (RFD projects - date, time and contact person).
16. Prepares Request for PM Service for the installation of newly delivered orders and back jobs. Ensure Certificate of Acceptance on completed projects were signed and processed by
17. Monitor all ongoing projects, visit actual installations.
18. Follow up down payments for new orders, and full payment of completed projects.
Job Qualification:
1. College graduate preferably business or computer related course.
2. With at least 1 year experience in sales.
3. Experience in furniture or related industry sales will be an advantage.
4. Experience in selling and handling accounts/projects is advantage.
5. Superior interpersonal skills, confident and charismatic approach to people.
6. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
7. Exceptional organizational skills.
8. Computer literate, familiar with MS word, excel and database application.
9. Hardworking, patient, diligent, trustworthy, and resourceful.
10.Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
11. Strong knowledge of industry standards.
12. In good health, ability to handle pressure and stamina in daily work schedules or provincial coverage.
13. Willing to work at Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City.
