Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company’s overall sales strategy for the LAMEX FURNITURE BRAND PORTFOLIO.

Job Responsibilities:

· Fill the sales funnel for the assigned account and close deals by actively targeting key specifier groups- especially Architect & Design firms, contractors, Project manager, Multinational companies (MNC), and large corporate end users.

· Develop and implement business plans to increase new business and expansion opportunities; have ownership for achieving assigned goals and objectives.

· Forecast sales based on sales funnel concept for 30-60-90 days and work with higher management to develop winning strategies to close business.

· Develop sales presentation strategies based on “product for project” concepts.

· Conduct sales presentations to customers and offer products/total solutions that meet client’s expectations and support LAMEX product development strategy.

· Assist in developing marketing strategies for LAMEX product and services.

· Actively work to gain market intelligence, including information on competitive products, competitor’s market activity, industry trends, future projects, etc.

Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, design, architecture, engineering or a similar field.

· Minimum of 3 years commercial sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in building material industry/indoor office product portfolio sales.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the office furniture or related industry, in key accounts management, sales or marketing of premium product lines.

· Preferably has established contacts with agricultural & design firms, contractors, and project managers.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. With experience of managing complex sales cycle with business-to-business (B2B) selling process in multinational companies and/or top corporations.

· Quick learner, with results-oriented thought process and great relationship building activity.

· Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft applications

· Persuasive presentation skills and high energy levels.

· Effective negotiation techniques and can develop client relationships.

· Strong prospecting skills with steadfast attitude for excellence.

· Motivation to meeting sales goals with enthusiasm for sales.

· Creative and keen to detail, ability to sales plan, and independent with leadership skills.

· Willing to travel/field work.
