Job Description
Position: E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist
Company Industry: Distributor Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule:Monday to Friday
Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 30,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor's Degree holder
✨Open for non-bachelors
✨Experience as a Customer Service answering concerns and inquiries in any of the e-commerce platforms (shoppee, lazada or tiktok)
✨Experience in health supplements, diet, nutrition, and human anatomy is a plus
✨Amendable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, or chat.
✨Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
✨Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
✨Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
✨Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
